Frequently asked questions

How do I receive my purchase in-game?
Your rewards are delivered automatically once you're online on starbounds.net — usually within seconds. Ranks arrive as a claimable ticket: right-click it in your inventory to unlock the rank on your account. You don't need to be online while buying.
What happens to my old rank when I claim a new one?
When you claim a rank ticket, your current rank is replaced by the new one. If you already own a rank, use the cheaper upgrades instead — you only pay the difference. Supernova is the highest rank and cannot be upgraded further.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Tebex, the standard payment provider for Minecraft servers. We never see your payment details — Tebex takes care of billing, invoices and refunds.
How long does a rank last?
Forever — for as long as the Starbounds network exists. Ranks can also be earned in-game by playing, so buying one simply gets you there faster and supports the server.
Can I get a refund?
Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered. If something went wrong with a purchase, reach out on our Discord — we'll sort it out.
